Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist/Officer at Victor Consunji Development Corporation in Metro Manila.  The Recruitment Specialist/Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the real estate company, ensuring that the best talent is sourced, screened, and hired for various roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition

  2. Lead the recruitment process for the sales positions within the company, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.

  3. Source candidates through various channels, such as Jobstreet, LinkedIn, referrals, university job fairs, and social media.

  4. Job Posting and Advertising

  5. Post job ads on internal and external platforms, including social media, job boards, and career pages.

  6. Candidate Screening and Selection

  7. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

  8. Onboarding

  9. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed.

  10. Help in the preparation and coordination of orientation and training sessions for new employees.

  11. Recruitment Metrics, Record-Keeping, and Reporting

  12. Maintain recruitment tracking reports to monitor key metrics (job portals effectiveness, etc).

  13. Maintain accurate and an up-to-date candidate database (accredited and separated sellers), and ensure confidentiality of the information.
  14. Prepares weekly and monthly reports related to recruitment.

  15. Continuous Improvement

  16. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and recruitment tools.

  17. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, Communication, Business Administration or related fields.
  • At least 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
  • Experience with candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection process
  • Familiarity with real estate industry roles and functions is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Work Set-Up: Onsite
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am to 5pm)
