We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager either of the following areas:

1. Sales Manager for Renewable Energy

2. Sales Manager for Power Market

This is a direct - hiring and full-time position that will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our presence in the power generation and distribution industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to identify, target and secure new clients in the power industry
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, including power plant operators, utility companies, and project managers
  • Negotiating and closing sales contracts for our range of power/renewable energy generation and transmission products and services
  • Providing technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions to meet their needs
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials
  • Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  • Providing regular progress reports and forecasts to the management team

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the power generation/ renewable energy industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of renewable energy products/ services
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex technical solutions to clients
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive sales and support operational activities
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field is preferred
