Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and events in line with brand standards.
  • Manage showroom operations, ensuring excellent customer experience and brand identity compliance.
  • Oversee customer relationship management, from inquiries to vehicle delivery.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and propose innovative sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with proven ability to motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Passion for the automotive industry and appreciation of the ZEEKR brand and electric mobility culture.
