About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Select Goods' as a Sales Manager based in Taguig City Metro Manila. As a full-time Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious sales targets and build long-term relationships with key clients. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding Select Goods' market presence.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals
  2. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
  3. Analyse sales data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and identify and secure new business opportunities
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  6. Represent the company at industry events and conferences
  7. Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline to senior management

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of sales management experience, preferably in the Account & Relationship Management industry
  2. Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
  3. Excellent leadership and team-building skills
  4. Strong negotiation and customer relationship management abilities
  5. Proficient in data analysis and reporting
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
