Position Title: Order Handling Specialist

Work Set Up: On-Site

Schedule: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

Manage and review sales orders, inventory, and shipping to ensure timely processing and communication. Coordinate with teams and customers to resolve issues and support smooth operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Review all in-hands date orders, determine if needs can be met, and communicate with customer if changes are needed
  • Review all open stocking purchase orders and revise expected ship dates accordingly. If supplier follow up is needed, coordinate efforts with Order Expediting team
  • Review aging sales order holds and follow up with appropriate area as needed
  • Review aging inventory orders, partial ship orders as necessary, and communicate stockout situations with Program Managers
  • Maintain sales orders for discontinued products and communicate with customers.
  • Review automated backorder report exceptions and coordinate with all necessary parties
  • Review aging picklists and follow up with Distribution Center as needed
  • Review aging drop ship orders and follow up with Order Expediting, Program Manager, or Customer as needed
  • Assist billing expediting with issues preventing Corporate Programs sales orders from invoicing
  • Perform various clerical duties in support of department operations and staff including preparation and distribution of reports to department personnel
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • 2 of experience in an order management system and reporting analysis
  • Computer savvy MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Good Communication Skills
