About the role

We are seeking a talented Supply Order Replenishment & Flow Analyst to join our team at Specialists Inc.. This full-time role is based in our Rosario Cavite office and will play a crucial part in managing our supply chain operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Analyze inventory levels, sales forecasts, and supply chain data to identify opportunities to optimize inventory and replenishment processes
  2. Collaborate with purchasing, production, and logistics teams to ensure efficient flow of materials through the supply chain
  3. Develop and implement systems and policies to streamline supply order management and reduce operational costs
  4. Monitor supply chain KPIs and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders
  5. Identify and troubleshoot supply chain disruptions, proposing solutions to minimize their impact
  6. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency of our supply chain

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research or a related field
  2. 3-5 years' experience in a supply chain or inventory management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  4. Proficient in using supply chain management software and data analysis tools
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  6. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
