We're Hiring: Junior HR Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Junior HR Manager to join our team in Makati, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in human resources practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to support our workforce effectively.

Role: Junior HR Manager

What You'll Do:
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
Foster employee engagement through effective communication and feedback mechanisms.
Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide recommendations for improvement.

What Were Looking For:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in human resource management or related fields.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
