About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Partnership Development Manager (Travel & Hotel Partnerships) to join the dynamic team at HR Spectacles', a leading HR solutions provider. As a Partnership Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic partnerships with travel and hotel providers to drive business growth and enhance the employee experience for HR Spectacles' clients. This is a full-time role based in Makati City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with travel and hotel providers
  2. Negotiate contract terms and manage the partnership onboarding process to ensure seamless integration
  3. Develop and execute co-marketing strategies to promote the partnerships and drive client engagement
  4. Maintain and nurture existing partner relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and exploring opportunities for expansion
  5. Analyze partnership performance data and provide recommendations to optimize the partnership portfolio
  6. Collaborate and manage cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and client success teams to deliver exceptional partnership-driven experiences
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify new partnership opportunities

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in partnership development, account management or business development, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
  2. Strong negotiation and contract management skills with the ability to navigate complex commercial arrangements
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  4. Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on new partnership opportunities
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
