About the Client

Our client is a growing dialysis center dedicated to providing high-quality and compassionate renal care. The organization fosters a supportive and people-centered work environment and is looking for an HR professional who can oversee day-to-day HR operations and help maintain smooth workforce management.


Job Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and basic HR strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff positions, including job posting, screening, coordinating interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, assisting in conflict resolution and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate and implement basic training, orientation, and development activities as needed.
  • Handle payroll coordination, timekeeping validation, and assist in administering employee benefits.
  • Assist in the performance evaluation process by preparing forms, consolidating results, and tracking employee performance updates.
  • Ensure compliance with government labor requirements, including documentation, reporting, and regulatory updates.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and maintain HR databases, records, and documentation accurately.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in HR functions, ideally in an HR Generalist capacity.
  • Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, people-focused, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using HR systems, timekeeping tools, or payroll software is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
