What you'll be doing

  • Answering inbound customer calls and providing efficient, friendly, and effective customer service
  • Resolving customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggesting process improvements
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment is preferred, but not required
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
