HR Generalist

  • Manage the full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Handle complex employee relations cases, including conflict resolution, attendance issues, misconduct, and performance concerns.
  • Conduct or lead investigations, document findings, preparation of NTEs, hearing notices and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing NTEs, admin hearing notices, and decision letters, ensuring due process is observed.
  • Coordinate mandatory government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), loan processing, and other statutory compliance requirements.
  • Support training and development programs, including scheduling, documentation, issuance of certificates, and evaluation of training effectiveness.
  • Participate in HR planning, organizational development initiatives, and overall employee engagement activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Proficiency in using google drive, canva, Microsoft office applications
  • With strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexible and trustworthy
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Willing to work in Valenzuela
  • Can start immediately
