We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee the Human Resources department. The role involves managing HR operations, employee relations, and organizational development while fostering a positive workplace culture. You will supervise one HR Generalist/Admin staff and ensure alignment of HR strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily HR operations, including hiring, firing, policy enforcement, and employee relations.
  • Manage and mentor the HR Generalist/Admin staff.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Spearhead Training & Development programs to support employee growth and organizational performance.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance company culture and employee engagement.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs (progressively taking on broader comp & ben responsibilities).
  • Handle disciplinary actions, notice to explains (NTEs), and conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner.
  • Advise management on HR best practices and provide guidance on workforce planning.
  • Support compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5–7 years of HR management experience, preferably in SMEs.
  • Strong background in employee relations, training & development, and policy management.
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
