Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Generalist located in Pasig. The Senior Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, and benefits administration. The day-to-day tasks include overseeing HR activities, implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. The role also involves collaborating with management to plan and execute HR initiatives to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Expertise in Benefits Administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site location
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a senior HR role is a plus
