About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Human Resources Staff to join the team at Mr. Mala Food Concepts Inc.' in Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall human resources functions of our rapidly growing food and beverage company.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Administer employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
  • Provide support for employee relations, including addressing queries, concerns, and disciplinary matters
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify and address staffing needs and talent development opportunities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Assist with the organisation and facilitation of employee training and development programmes
  • Perform other HR-related duties as required to support the overall business operations

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the food and beverage industry but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and industry regulations
  • Passion for employee development and a commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive work environment
