POSITION

Human Resource Generalist

EXPERIENCE

1-2 years of experience in Human Resource Field

QUALIFICATION

  • A degree holder in Human Resources or any relevant field.

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Human Resource field.

  • Able to manage human resource function efficiently.

  • Has knowledge and experience in payroll software.

  • Knowledge and experience in Labour Law, Compensation and Recruitment, Employee Relations.

  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint.

  • A team player with pleasant personality, good attitude and the ability to work independently.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist with the payroll function so it is processed in an efficient and effective manner.

  • To process all payroll related payments in regulated time frames, payroll tax, workers compensation, group tax.

  • Assist with all human resources and payroll records and produce for external audits.

  • Ensure all staff records are up to date and correct.

  • Support with Recruitment functions

  • Assisting with the Human Resource requirements of the Company.

  • Responsibility for Occupational Health and Safety requirements.

  • Issuing staff contracts, amendments to contracts and new starter paperwork

  • Responsibility to ensure that all statutory requirements are adhered to in regards to Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Occupational Health and Safety and Payroll.

  • Provide relevant employee information for payroll (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)

  • Update and maintain employee details in the payroll system

  • Make salaries and wages payments.
