Job Summary
Spacey Design Manila is hiring an Account Manager to oversee client relationships, drive sales, and ensure seamless project execution. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding client requirements, goals, and expectations.
- Sales & Project Coordination – Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations; collaborate with internal teams (design, production, installation) to ensure smooth project execution; coordinate timelines, deliverables, and budgets; and monitor milestones for on-time, within-budget delivery.
- After-Sales Support & Account Growth – Provide post-project support, gather feedback, resolve issues, identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling, and maintain accurate sales and client records.
- Market & Industry Awareness – Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and design innovations while contributing to service improvements and enhancing client experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
