Channel Account Manager – Job Description
A Channel Account Manager is responsible for building, maintaining, and expanding relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers to drive sales growth and strengthen market presence. The role involves developing strategies to increase revenue through channel networks, ensuring partner satisfaction, and aligning business goals with partner objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Development & Management
- Build and manage strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the company's network.
- Ensure partners are aligned with the company's sales and marketing strategies.
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive sales performance through channel accounts to achieve assigned revenue and growth targets.
- Monitor partner sales pipelines and support them in closing deals.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Training & Enablement
- Provide training, product knowledge, and sales support to channel partners.
- Ensure partners are updated with the latest product offerings, promotions, and sales tools.
- Strategy & Planning
- Develop joint business plans and sales strategies with partners.
- Identify new market opportunities through channel networks.
- Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to support partner needs.
- Marketing & Promotions
- Coordinate channel marketing activities, promotions, and campaigns to increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with partners on co-marketing initiatives and events.
- Reporting & Compliance
- Track channel performance, sales metrics, and partner satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual agreements.
- Provide management with regular reports on channel performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or account management (B2B preferred).
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop growth strategies.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php22, Php30,000.00 per month
