
Accounting Clerk

Job Summary: Daily record-keeping of all the company's financial transactions.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
- Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
- Maintains the general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.
- Maintains historical records by filing documents.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Banking and Finance, Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any equivalent business course.
- With or without work experience. Fresh graduates may apply.
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Keen attention to detail
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Proficient with MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Tech Savvy, can easily learn and adapt to accounting software
- Can complete assigned tasks in time/on or before the deadline
- Willing to work onsite at the head office located at BTTC Centre, Greenhills, San Juan City
