We are looking for a Senior Consultant for Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to help our clients make informed business decisions through accurate financial reporting, analysis, and planning.

Job Description:

  • Review and analyze financial reports and other management reports
  • Prepare management reports and dashboards, Execom deck presentation
  • Collaborate with the client's employees on financial accounting reports and related analysis
  • Analyze financial data and provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommends actions on but not limited to growth and profitability
  • Perform and assist on special projects for clients such as feasibility studies, financial simulations, and budgeting
  • Assist in the report presentation to the client's ExeCom and board meetings
  • Assist in strategic planning sessions in terms of presentation, data mining, and research on economics and trends, facilitation, budgeting
  • Document and report to immediate head the issues encountered that may affect our delivery system to the client
  • Attend internal Operations Committee and assist immediate head in presenting required dashboards/reports
  • Attend account meetings and assist immediate head in presenting required dashboards/reports
  • Monitor the performance of Junior Consultants based on objectives and deliverables contained in our service engagement contract with our clients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Business Management, Financial Management, or any related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of work experience, with at least 2 year of solid experience in financial reporting and analysis (non-negotiable)
  • CPA, CMA, or MBA is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable handling large data sets
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate financial insights clearly
