JOB ACCOUNTABILITY:

The Business Reporting & Analysts Officer manages the generation and distribution of the monthly business and management reports. Essential to the success of this position is the individual's ability to render useful analysis that will aid management in its decision making.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Complies and analyzes financial information.
  2. Prepares the regular business and management reports, and distribute to the businesses.
  3. Assists the BR & A Head in ensuring that business and management report parameters are agile, up-to-date and quickly adapts to the changing needs of the business.
  4. Ensures that the reporting deadlines are met.
  5. Assists the BR & A Head in coordinating with Corporate Planning team on the budget and the presentation materials for the CSB Board of Directors, UBP Board of Directors and other committees.
  6. Collaborates with the Financial and Regulatory Reports team on new accounting standards and BSP regulations, and analyze how this will impact the business.
  7. Coordinates with the Parent Controllership unit on the financial results for the month.
  8. Handles the record-keeping, filing and safekeeping of reports.
  9. Ensures that company assets are protected.
  10. Responsible for his/her own development in terms of training for skills and personal development.
  11. Understands employees' benefits and complies with company policies.
  12. Performs all assigned accounting functions and ensure completeness, understandability, timeliness and accuracy of deliverables.
  13. Responsible in performing excellent customer service to all clients according to the established standards.
  14. Implements and maintains internal financial controls and procedures.
