We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment & HR Resourcer to join our team at Think Renewable. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to utilise their skills across both HR and Talent Acquisition.

As a key support to our Talent Acquisition & HR Manager, you'll help keep our people operations running smoothly — from recruitment support to HR administration and process improvement. This is a remote role supporting our Sydney team, with plenty of opportunity to learn and grow.

What You'll Do

Recruitment Support

  • Assist with screening applications and shortlisting candidates
  • Conduct initial phone screens and assist with interviews during busy periods
  • Support lead generation and data setup across Zoho and Sales Rabbit
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate records
  • Help improve recruitment processes through system updates and reporting

HR Administration

  • Liaise with Payroll on updates related to promotions, onboarding & offboarding
  • Keep visa and work eligibility details up to date
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and data entry for new employees
  • Update HR and Payroll trackers to ensure data accuracy

People Operations

  • Contribute to internal reporting (e.g. recruitment metrics, HR dashboards)
  • Maintain HR templates, onboarding packs, and policy documents
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
