Role Overview

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This role is key to building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring that the organization attracts, hires, and retains the right talent to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the full recruitment cycle for different roles using Zoho Recruit (Applicant Tracking System / ATS)

  • Post job ads and source candidates

  • Review applications, screen candidates, and administer assessments.

  • Conduct initial screenings and interviewsto assess skills and fitness.

  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.

  • Manage job offers, background checks, and pre-employment requirements.

  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

  • Track and report recruitment metrics through ATS.

  • Support employer branding and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • At least 1 year  experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a BPO, staffing, or related industry.

  • Hands-on experience using ATS platforms (Zoho Recruit preferred).

  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions at once.
