JOB SUMMARY
The HR Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. This role ensures efficient HR processes, accurate record-keeping, and smooth coordination between employees and management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, discreet, and strictly aligned with management-driven objectives and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to HR operations and initiatives
- Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases
- Assist with recruitment processes including interview schedule updates, and applicant tracking only.
- Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documents, and orientation materials
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and timekeeping reports
- Assist in payroll preparation by validating employee data and records
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Handle employee inquiries while ensuring alignment with company policies and management directives
- Support performance evaluation processes and training coordination
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Generate HR reports and documentation as required
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR administrative or HR support role
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR systems
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php27,000.00 per month
