The Sales Admin Assistant for Food Service is responsible in monitoring, coordinating, collecting, recording, and organizing data/documentation for sales records and reports crucial for the day-to-day operations of field sales team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assists in cross-functional work relations that are targeted to resolve issues and concerns of internal and external customers.
  • Equips and supports the requirements of Field Sales department and is responsible for the day-to-day management, specifically the preparation and encoding of sales orders in the system.
  • Collate and prepare delivery receipts and invoices from partner stakeholders for countering

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years work experience on Sales Admin functions, preferably on a Food Manufacturing set-up
  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably with Business/Businesses Management background
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Outlook)
  • Has the ability to communicate with different department, groups
