Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Management

  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and company handbook.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage and monitor employee performance evaluation systems.
  • Implement training and development programs to support employee growth.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination, leave management, and government-mandated benefits.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

Administrative Management

  • Oversee general administrative operations, including office maintenance, supplies, logistics, and facility management.
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient workflow and processes.
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and official communications.
  • Manage company assets, office equipment, and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and health protocols within the workplace.

Strategic Planning & Leadership

  • Provide HR insights and recommendations to management to support organizational goals.
  • Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting related to HR and administrative functions.
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in HRIS, MS Office, and other HR-related tools/systems.
