Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and company handbook.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies.
- Manage and monitor employee performance evaluation systems.
- Implement training and development programs to support employee growth.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination, leave management, and government-mandated benefits.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Administrative Management
- Oversee general administrative operations, including office maintenance, supplies, logistics, and facility management.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient workflow and processes.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and official communications.
- Manage company assets, office equipment, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and health protocols within the workplace.
Strategic Planning & Leadership
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to management to support organizational goals.
- Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting related to HR and administrative functions.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in HRIS, MS Office, and other HR-related tools/systems.
