ADMIN ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities

  • Communication: Answering phones, screening calls, greeting visitors, managing emails, and drafting memos/reports.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Managing calendars, booking meetings/conference rooms, and arranging travel.
  • Document Management: Typing, editing, proofreading, filing (physical & electronic), and maintaining databases.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
  • Office Operations: Ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, handling mail, and sometimes basic bookkeeping/expense reports.
  • Bookkeeping experience is preferred for handling expense reports and basic financial tasks.
  • Support: Assisting managers and other staff with daily tasks, ensuring workflow efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
