DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Shipment Receipt Functions

  • Processes shipment receipt in the system using the WRR as reference based on schedule.
  • Double check and ensure details are correct for receiving.
  • E-mails the WRR to concerned departments after system receiving.
  • Notifies concerned departments in receipt discrepancies. e. Turns-over the forwarder's shipping documents to the Accounting department.

2. Pullout Receipt Functions

  • Processes pullout receipt (MOR / SOR) in the system using the WRR as reference based on schedule.
  • Double check and ensure details are correct for receiving.
  • Prints and turns-over the MOR / SOR to the Inventory Control department.
  • Notifies concerned departments in receipt discrepancies.

3. Picklist Generation Functions

  • Processes picklists (SO / MO) received in the system based on schedule.
  • Generates and prints picklists.
  • Turns-over printed Picklists to the Warehouse supervisor.

4. Pick Confirmation Functions

  • Processes pick confirmation in the system after receiving the accomplished picklists.
  • Ensures the accuracy of encoded quantity in the system.

5. Ship Confirmation Functions

  • Generates and prints the delivery receipt after performing the system pick confirmation.
  • Matches the details indicated in the DR and the accomplished picklist.
  • Monitors and updates the SO MO monitoring template.
  • Turns-over the printed DR to the Inventory Control department.

6. Barcode Generation Functions

  • Generates and prints barcodes based on the WRR quantity, or price change memos.
  • Ensures barcodes are tamper-free and accurate.
  • Turns-over the printed barcodes to concerned departments.

7. Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate leader.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any 2-year business related course
  • Computer literate
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Time management
  • Willing to relocate or location is Mandaluyong or Pasig Are just in case of relocation
  • Willing to report in Cubao, Quezon City but possible relocation of the Office in Taguig (until further discussion with Supervisor)

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
