Warehousing Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead all warehousing and inventory management activities for PEI and Global Galaxy products.
• Accurately create, update, and maintain operational records using computerized systems.
• Uphold product quality and safety standards; maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all work areas.
• Promptly report any irregularities or suspicious activity to the Warehouse Head.
• Monitor and report critical, phase-out, non-moving, and defective stock items to the Warehouse Head.
• Prepare and manage documentation for warehouse stock movements, including Stock Transfer Forms (STF)
• Ensure STF Records for Philteq and Global Galaxy transfers are consistently updated and properly archived.
• Maintain and update packing lists and receiving documents to support traceability and compliance.
• Conduct weekly cycle count analyses to identify inventory shortages and discrepancies.
• Recommend corrective actions and inventory solutions to the Warehouse Head and Operations Manager.
• Support the enhancement and implementations of inventory control procedures to maintain accuracy.
• Lead annual physical inventory counts for PEI and Global Galaxy products.
• Perform root cause analyses of inventory variances and communicate findings to the Warehouse Head.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of all required reports.
• Oversee team adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory, requirements.
• Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment through regular housekeeping and safety practices.
• Collaborate with warehouse personnel and cross-functional teams to achieve operational targets.
• Execute other related tasks as assisgned by the Warehouse Head.
• Consistently enforce quality service standards and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor
• Highly knowledgeable of warehousing practices
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
