- Conduct physical inventory counts at stores following guidance from the Inventory Analyst and NetSuite remaining balances, ensuring accuracy with the physical inventory worksheet.
- Prepare detailed count sheets including product names, barcodes, SRP, display columns, defective items, and remarks.
- Coordinate and verify inventory counts with merchandisers and coordinators for accuracy.
- Perform store readiness audits, preparing checklists and reports that assess staff performance, merchandise condition, and store management.
- Manage liquidation of allowances through liquidation reports.
- Prepare variance reports to identify discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
- Conduct recounts when necessary to resolve inventory discrepancies.
