Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand market share within the lighting fixture industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and walk-in clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

2. Operations Management

  • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
  • Supervise sales, inventory, cashiering, and logistics functions.
  • Ensure proper display and maintenance of lighting fixtures in the showroom.
  • Manage and maintain stock levels, coordinate replenishments, and prevent overstocking or shortages.

3. Team Leadership and Development

  • Supervise and mentor branch staff (Sales Support Specialist/Cashier, Technical Specialists, Driver, & Riders).
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions.
  • Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and customer service excellence.

4. Customer Service and Relationship Management

  • Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and providing timely assistance.
  • Support Sales Support Specialist/Cashier in handling key accounts and complex transactions.

5. Financial and Administrative Oversight

  • Monitor branch expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Handle daily cash reports, deposits, and sales summaries.
  • Ensure all transactions are properly documented and compliant with company and government requirements.

6. Reporting and Coordination

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and operations.
  • Coordinate with head office departments (Accounting, HR, Logistics, Marketing, etc.) for support and alignment of goals.
