  • Project Management: Oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets; track progress; and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage and monitor daily operations, optimize resource allocation, and develop strategies to enhance productivity.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and assure the quality of services provided by the team through reviews and evaluations.
  • Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior leadership on project status, progress, and performance.
