We're now looking for an HR Manager who can help us shape the next stage of our company culture — someone who can turn our values and energy into structure, purpose, and an inspiring team environment.

The Role

This isn't a routine HR post. You'll be the heartbeat of SimplyFunded's people and culture -

the person who defines what it feels like to work here and ensures that experience is consistent across every department.

You'll partner directly with the Managing Director to:

  • Define our mission, vision, and company values.
  • Build a people strategy that supports growth, performance, and wellbeing.
  • Make SimplyFunded a place where brilliant people want to stay and grow.

You'll also be hands-on - managing everything from recruitment and onboarding to engagement programs and performance reviews.

What You'll Do

Culture & Strategy

  • Define and embed SimplyFunded's mission, values, and team identity across all departments.
  • Drive engagement through creative initiatives, virtual events, and our annual Team Connect retreats.
  • Champion wellbeing, recognition, and communication between UK and PH teams.

People Operations

  • Oversee HR policies, contracts, and compliance for both UK and PH teams.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Track performance reviews, training plans, and bonus eligibility.

Leadership & Development

  • Build a clear people strategy — from headcount planning to growth pathways.
  • Coach managers on communication, feedback, and team leadership.
  • Provide monthly People Reports and insights to the leadership team.

Who You Are

  • Experienced HR professional (3–6 years) with strong PH labour knowledge.
  • Creative thinker who loves culture-building, not just paperwork.
  • Excellent communicator who can bridge time zones and personalities.
  • Tech-savvy (comfortable with , Airtable, SharePoint).
  • Energetic, positive, and confident working in a high-growth environment.
  • Able to work UK hours (3 PM – 12AM PH time).
