HR Specialist (Home-Based)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our growing team The ideal candidate will handle the end-to-end HR process including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. You will play a key role in supporting our team's growth and ensuring smooth HR operations in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Oversee payroll coordination and ensure timely employee payouts
  • Support training, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Provide day-to-day HR administrative support
  • Assist with performance appraisals and HR reports
