To support this, we are seeking a UK-based HR Administrator who can manage HR processes, compliance, and teams in line with UK employment law, regulations, and best practice.

As an HR Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR department across all operational functions. You will be responsible for managing records, compliance, recruitment, and employee support, while making sure every process is aligned with UK HR practices and legislation.
This role requires someone who understands the UK workplace environment, is highly organised, and can balance multiple priorities with discretion and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR files.
- Manage HR systems, trackers, and databases (SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, CRM).
- Support recruitment activities: posting job adverts, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and reference checks.
- Prepare and issue HR documents: offer letters, contracts, onboarding packs, and compliance forms.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Track training completion, certifications, and performance review deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law, GDPR, and company policies.
- Handle day-to-day employee queries in a professional and confidential manner.
- Prepare HR reports, improvement logs, and updates for management.
- Support payroll processing with accurate data entry and documentation.
- Assist in ad hoc HR projects, audits, and process improvements.
- Manage employee performance reviews
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle, and UK employment law basics.
- Excellent organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Lists).
- Ability to manage sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Doesn't need to be micro managed and shows proactive initiatives
Important
This role is for candidates who are ready and able to work in a UK company environment, managing UK teams, and fully aligned with UK HR compliance and standards. Applicants without HR experience will not be considered.

Pay: Php15, Php39,000.00 per month
