Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist with a strong background in Home Health recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Massachusetts credentialing requirements, proven success hiring both W2 employees and 1099 contractors, and hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS systems. This role requires excellent communication skills to confidently engage with U.S.-based clinicians while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a positive candidate experience. The HR Specialist will report directly to the Operations and Recruitment Manager and play a key role in supporting staffing and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for Massachusetts-based home health roles (RNs, LPNs, PTs, CNAs, etc.).
  • Confidently engage and build professional relationships with U.S. clinicians.
  • Ensure accurate credentialing and compliance with Massachusetts state regulations and home health standards.
  • Recruit and manage both W2 employees and 1099 independent contractors.
  • Utilize HRIS/HRMS systems to track candidates, maintain employee data, and streamline HR processes.
  • Oversee onboarding, credentialing, background checks, and employee documentation.
  • Collaborate with leadership to meet workforce planning and staffing priorities.
  • Support employee relations, compliance audits, and retention strategies.
  • Prepare recruitment and HR reports for review with the Operations and Recruitment Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Home Health Recruiter, with expertise in Massachusetts credentialing.
  • Strong background in handling W2 and 1099 recruitment.
  • Experience working with HRIS/HRMS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, ADP, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards, licensure requirements, and staffing regulations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in a staffing agency or VNA/home health agency.
  • Familiarity with OASIS and other home health compliance requirements.
  • Strong networking and talent pipeline management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
