Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Executive to manage and grow our business in the Ilocos region. The role is responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with clients in the territory. This includes conducting field visits, identifying new opportunities, promoting products, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Territory Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to support account requirements, monitor competitor activities, and provide insights on market trends to drive business growth.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction materials, cement, admixtures, or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Highly motivated, self-starter, and willing to do regular fieldwork across the Ilocos region.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Must be willing to be based in Ilocos and travel within the assigned territory.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
