The Sales Assistant is responsible for generating new business opportunities and achieving sales targets within a designated territory or market segment. This role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, as well as a proactive and results-oriented approach. Responsibilities Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, email campaigns, social media). Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations. Negotiate and close deals with clients. Accurately track and report sales activities and results in CRM system. Attend industry events and trade shows to generate leads and build brand awareness. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and targets. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge. Qualifications Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Results-oriented with a strong work ethic. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
