Support CORD capability development, including sales team skills and trade operations improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus. At least 5 years of experience in sales, distribution, or trade marketing—preferably in FMCG. Strong understanding of distributor management, sales planning, and trade execution. Analytical, with experience in managing budgets and forecasting. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
