Be among the first 25 applicants Responsibilities Drive primary and secondary sales volume targets within assigned distributor (CORD) territory. Develop and execute business development plans aligned with national and regional goals. Manage trade spending and ensure activities are within budget and delivered on time. Ensure consistent product availability, visibility, and timely new product placement in trade channels. Support CORD capability development, including sales team skills and trade operations improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus. At least 5 years of experience in sales, distribution, or trade marketing—preferably in FMCG. Strong understanding of distributor management, sales planning, and trade execution. Analytical, with experience in managing budgets and forecasting. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
