About the role

Are you an experienced Account Executive looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic, innovative food company? New Flavor House, Inc. is seeking a talented Account Executive to join our team in Potrero Malabon City Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving new business, and contributing to the overall success of our sales initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  • Prospecting and generating new business opportunities through cold-calling, email outreach, and networking
  • Cultivating and managing relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities
  • Preparing and presenting compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential clients
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  • Providing detailed sales reporting and analysis to the management team
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably within the food and beverage industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving new business growth
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluent in English and Filipino, both written and spoken
