OPERATION SUPERVISOR


• Prepares the implementation plan and ensures that the required SLA's / KPI are met or even exceeded by the assigned area.


• Efficiently manages project progress. Ensures the project quality based on technical specification.


• Develop and implement project work plans and review as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.


• Monitors projects to ensure compliance with regulations, policies and procedures including inspection of completed works for accuracy, completeness with compliance to the standards and specifications of PLDT.


• Ensures that he is able to implement one time quality check of all technicians installation and repair work.


• Properly coordinates with the core team/s within the project to effectively implement processes to attaint the objectives.


• Motivates his team ( Team Leaders and Technicians ) effectively. Drives the team's performance


• To conduct monthly performance evaluation for the team and offering coaching and mentoring as deem necessary.


• Regularly conducts meetings to discuss teams performance and productivity and communicates well with the team members for necessary improvement.
