Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document organization
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take accurate messages, and respond to routine inquiries in a professional manner
  • Operate and maintain office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and assist with internal document distribution
  • Maintain and update records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support interdepartmental coordination and communication, including liaising with supplier when necessary
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, well-organized, and presentable at all times
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion and professionalism
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Pay: Php4, Php5,000.00 per month
