The Admin Officer is responsible for managing and coordinating administrative tasks while supporting merchant operations through deliveries and refill services. This role ensures smooth logistics, timely deliveries, and efficient administrative support for both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute deliveries and refill for merchants.
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs, receipts, and documentation for all merchant transactions.
  • Communicate with merchants regarding delivery schedules, inventory status, and refill needs.
  • Support office administration functions, including filing, purchasing supplies, and record-keeping.
  • Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery completion.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or overstock to the management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards during fieldwork.
  • Prepare reports related to deliveries, refills, and administrative expenses.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management as part of merchant support and general administration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in administrative or logistics-related roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Willingness to travel to merchant sites as part of job duties.

Work Environment

  • Combination of office-based administrative work and on-site merchant visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
