
Training Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Program Design: Design and develop training programs, which may include in-house sessions, external trainers, online courses, workshops, or on-the-job coaching.
- Material Development: Create and organize teaching materials, content, and methods for training sessions.
- Delivery: Conduct or facilitate training sessions, serving as an instructor and ensuring participants understand the material.
- Evaluation and Reporting: Assess the effectiveness of training programs and report findings and results to management.
- Resource Management: Maintain and manage an online library of training resources and a learning management system (LMS).
- Communication: Promote training opportunities, support administrative functions, and communicate progress and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related field
- At least 2 experience as Training Coordinator, Training Specialist, or Learning and Development Coordinator
- Experience in recruitment and selection is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Time Management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php18,127.92 per month
