Training Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
● Organize, categorize, and upload files into the designated system according to provided guidelines.
● Coordinate and schedule in-person training sessions.
● Manage the T&D calendar and send out training invitations
● Prepare and coordinate logistics, including required equipment and resources for a seamless implementation of training sessions
● Prepare and facilitate electronic distribution of training certificates
● Maintain our training records
● Manage our learning hub by updating our course catalogue, quick tip articles, policies and procedures with guidance from the T&D manager.
● Take notes and minutes during training needs discussions, pilot runs, focus groups, retros, and reviews.
● Compile and analyze participant feedback and training metrics to drive continuous improvement.
● Prepare weekly update reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Open to fresh graduates, with preference for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in clerical, administrative, or records management.
● Intermediate skills in Google Workspace
● Basic skills in Canva
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
● High level of integrity, reliability, and discretion when working with sensitive data.
● Good analytical, organizational and time-management skills.
This is a project-based position with 3-months contract.
