Job description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Helps in identifying training and staff development needs of each personnel.
- Develops and organizes training program to meet training needs of employees.
- Researches on training updates to keep current with trends and legislation.
- Researches and distributes current resource material
- Assesses and recommends possible external training partners to meet the learning needs of staff.
- Performs various administrative duties related to training programs including coordinating training logistics, such as course scheduling, recruitment and evaluation of resource personnel and preparation of training aids.
- Performs other HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, HRIS as may be assigned.
- Performs department's administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, training needs assessment, training design and development.
- With at least 3 years of experience in HR works, particularly in training and development
- With good interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer proficient (MS Office Applications), good in graphics design softwares
- Detail-oriented
- Willing to work in Ortigas, Mandaluyong City
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
