Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Helps in identifying training and staff development needs of each personnel.
  • Develops and organizes training program to meet training needs of employees.
  • Researches on training updates to keep current with trends and legislation.
  • Researches and distributes current resource material
  • Assesses and recommends possible external training partners to meet the learning needs of staff.
  • Performs various administrative duties related to training programs including coordinating training logistics, such as course scheduling, recruitment and evaluation of resource personnel and preparation of training aids.
  • Performs other HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, HRIS as may be assigned.
  • Performs department's administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, training needs assessment, training design and development.
  • With at least 3 years of experience in HR works, particularly in training and development
  • With good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer proficient (MS Office Applications), good in graphics design softwares
  • Detail-oriented
  • Willing to work in Ortigas, Mandaluyong City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
