Golden TW is looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Leasing Officer to join our team in Boracay. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing residential or commercial properties, ensuring high occupancy rates, and delivering exceptional service to prospective and current tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Source, evaluate, and onboard prospective tenants aligned with the mall's Filipino-themed concept.

  2. Lead negotiations and oversee preparation and execution of lease agreements.

  3. Supervise and mentor junior leasing staff, ensuring target-driven performance.

  4. Monitor lease expirations, renewals, and occupancy rates, and implement action plans to maintain high occupancy.

  5. Maintain positive tenant relations and coordinate lease-related communications.

  6. Conduct market analysis to benchmark rental rates and identify emerging trends.

  7. Ensure leasing activities comply with legal, financial, and operational standards.

  8. Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Legal teams to support leasing goals.

Report regularly on leasing performance, tenant pipeline, and revenue targets.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in leasing or mall management; with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in culturally-themed or retail-centric properties is an advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and lease management systems
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Knowledge of Filipino culture, traditions, and consumer behavior is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
