Position Title: Leasing Agent

Department: Property Management

Key Responsibilities


• Source and attract potential tenants through online platforms, referrals, networking,

and other marketing channels.


• Market and promote available condo units to maximize occupancy rates.


• Conduct property tours, highlighting unit features and amenities to prospective tenants.


• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and current tenants.


• Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and a customerfocused approach.


• Prepare and process lease agreements, contracts, and related documentation.


• Coordinate with property management for unit availability, turnovers, and maintenance

schedules.


• Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, viewings, and closed leases.


• Provide regular reports on leasing activities, occupancy status, and market trends.


• Assist in implementing marketing strategies to attract qualified tenants.

Qualifications


• TRUSTWORTHY, PROACTIVE, AND CUSTOMER-SERVICE ORIENTED


• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or a

related field.


• At least 1–2 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or property management.


• Knowledge of condominium property leasing processes and compliance requirements.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• With a pleasing personality and excellent interpersonal skills.


• Strong sales, sourcing, and negotiation abilities.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with online listing

platforms.


• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple leads at once.
