The Real Estate Agent is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The role involves prospecting potential clients, managing property listings, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the transaction process. The Real Estate Agent acts as a key representative of the company and provides professional advice on real estate market trends and property investments.

  • Promote and market available properties through various channels (online listings, social media, referrals, and events).
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing residential and/or commercial properties.
  • Conduct property viewings, meetings, and client consultations.
  • Prepare necessary documentation such as property listings, contracts, agreements, and other legal forms.
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of current real estate laws, market trends, and property values.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property developers, and other real estate professionals.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up support before, during, and after transactions.
  • Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and marketing activities organized by the company.

Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • With PRC Real Estate License is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or property leasing is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Knowledge of local property market trends and real estate laws.
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
