Position Title: Admin Assistant/Key Keeper
Department: Real Estate
Salary: Basic 20,000+ KPI 10%+ Meal Allowance 1,500
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safekeep and manage all property keys, ensuring accurate logging, tracking, and issuance. Maintain a secure and updated key inventory system.
- Monitor key requests and returns, ensuring compliance with property management policies.
- Prepare, update, and maintain leasing and property management records.
- Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner. Prepare gate passes and submit to the PMO, ensuring inclusion for all concerned personnel/units.
- Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and security for unit turnovers and inspections.
- Handle petty cash and ensure accurate recording for reimbursements.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, monitoring, and reporting of leasing activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Property Management, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, reports).
• At least 1–2 years of experience in property management and leasing.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle confidential information.
