Key Responsibilities

1. Payroll & Attendance

  • Coordinate closely with our accountant for payroll processing.

  • Monitor employee attendance and punctuality.

  • Calculate bonuses and ensure accurate application of attendance and performance incentives.

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Source, screen, and schedule candidates for various positions (chat support, VAs, managers, and technical roles).

  • Maintain a consistent pool of 20–30 active candidates ready for deployment.

  • Ensure weekly pipelines of at least 10–15 candidates for chat support roles.

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for VAs, sales/chat support agents, managers, and technical profiles.

3. Administrative HR Support

  • Keep records of employee information, performance tracking, and compliance.

  • Assist management in implementing policies, incentive structures, and team growth plans.

  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in HR within the BPO industry.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll coordination and employee attendance management.
  • Experience recruiting at scale (customer support, sales agents, VAs, or managers).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet recruitment targets.
